1-Day ServSafe® Training Courses

  • Accepted by State Environmental Health as Food Safety Manager Certification.
  • 6 Hours of training by a ServSafe® registered instructor.
    • 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. with an hour for lunch
    • Examination immediately following
  • Includes ServSafe® Manager 7th edition book and examination materials (mailed USPS upon registration receipt).
  • Certificate valid for 5 years.
